The Greater Altoona Career & Technology Center - Information Booth is located at the foot of the cross walk Park Side. This building houses: Info - Lockers - Lost & Found.

The Geisinger's Janet Weis Children's Hospital - Infant Care Center is located behind Kid's Kingdom, Park Side.  Provides diaper changing facilities and a private area for nursing mothers in air-conditioned comfort.  Diapers, baby food, and other supplies are available at a nominal cash-only cost.

A limited number of Electric Scooters, Adult Strollers, and Children's Double Strollers are available for daily rental on a first-come, first-served basis for a cash-only fee at the Infant Care Center/First Aid Building, Park Side. Please see center for details.

A limited number of Electric Scooters, Adult Strollers, and Children's Double Strollers are also available for daily rental at the Laguna Gift Shop, Water Side, on a first-come, first-served basis (Visa, MasterCard and Discover taken at this location).  Please see gift shop for details.

If you are lost or separated, go to the Greater Altoona Career & Technology Center - Information Booth. No public address announcements will be made.

There are two First Aid Locations:  One is located behind Kid's Kingdom, Parkside; the second one is adjacent to Laguna Waterworks inside the Water Park. These facilities are staffed by certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) as part of our Quick Response Service (QRS) Team for those guests needing medical attention.

MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Park Gift Cards are accepted at all ticket plazas, all gift shop locations, and various concession stands.  ATMs are located at the Waterside Ticket Plaza and at Murf's Kitchen, Park Side.

For the comfort of all guests, designated smoking/vaping areas have been established throughout the Ride Park. There are also a designated smoking/vaping areas inside the Water Park. Please see Park Map for locations.

DelGrosso's Amusement Park is equipped with services to provide accessibility. Our Rider Safety and Accessibility Guide is available at the Security/Rides Office and at the Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center Information Booth. To enroll in the accessibility program the guest must visit the Security/Rides Office. Only service animals, on a leash or harnass, are permitted on park property. Service animals are welcome on select attractions and to the water's edge in the Water Park. Please see Security/Rides Office for details.

Guests entering the Water Park must have proper admission.  For the safety of all guests, some rides and water attractions have height & weight restrictions and physical limitations that are posted at the ride entrance.  Pennsylvania Ride Safety Act # 1994-58 requires riders to obey all warnings and directions, and to behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others.  Failure to comply is cause for dismissal from the Park without refund.  Only U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejackets are permitted as floatation devices.  Wearing sunglasses or prescription lenses will not be permitted while riding water attractions.  Prolonged underwater swimming or breath holding will not be permitted.  Face masks covering the nose, snorkels, and water toys will not be permitted in the Water Park.

When inclement weather occurs we will do our very best to keep our rides and attractions open.  However, in the event of rain, high winds, or electrical storms, some or all rides and attractions may close until it is safe to resume normal operations.

Please be advised that temporary closures of rides and attractions does not merit a rain check.

If inclement weather forces DelGrosso’s Amusement Park to close for the day, rain checks will be issued at any ticket booth with the proper wristband and receipt. (Season Pass Holders and free buddies are not eligible for a rain check)

Shoes, shorts and shirts must be worn at all times in the midway area of the Park.  Modest dress is expected of all guests.  Swimming apparel is not acceptable in the Ride Park.  DelGrosso's Amusement Park reserves the right to address issues such as revealing or offensive clothing, actions, or language. Gender appropriate swimwear is required for the use of Water Park attractions.  Swimwear should be properly fitting and shall not indecently expose parts of the body, be transparent, or display obscene or offensive pictures or slogans.  Thong bottoms, cut-off jeans, cargo or khaki shorts, pants or any other non-swimwear may not be worn while participating in any water attraction.  For safety reasons, swim attire with metal rivets or ornamentation, buttons, or zippers will not be permitted.  Diapered guests must wear swim diapers while enjoying the Water Park attractions.

DelGrosso's Amusement Park offers FREE Parking in our Main Parking Lot Water Side. Limited Accessible Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis Park Side, as well as in the Main Water Side Parking Lot.  RV Parking is available at the back of the Main Parking Lot.  Our Parking Attendants will assist you.  No camping or overnight parking is permitted.

A Security Officer is always on duty in the booth at the bottom of the crosswalk Park Side, during regular Park hours.  Uniformed Officers patrol the Park grounds for your safety and assistance.

Weapons of any type and Laser Light Pointers are prohibited on Park Property.  For your safety, hand-carried items including backpacks and belt bags are subject to search. Metal detection equipment may be used.  Cameras, hand-held or mounted, are not permitted on any attraction or ride.  Loud music, running, bicycles, Segways, hoverboards, roller blades, roller skates, skate shoes with heels, and skateboards are not permitted on DelGrosso's Amusement Park Property. Video recorders are not permitted at stage concerts. No pets are permitted on Park property.  Alcoholic beverages are not permitted beyond the picnic area.  Guests may bring food and drink into the Park, but are restricted to available picnic areas.  No Coolers/outside food & drink are permitted in the Water Park - Park Food is permitted to be brought in the Water Park.
