DelGrosso’s Park is a family friendly destination and for the safety and comfort of all guests requires appropriate clothing including: shirts, shorts/pants, and footwear. Clothing shall not indecently expose parts of the body.
Bikini tops, bikini bottoms, speedo bikinis, thongs, brief halter tops, and sports bras are not considered appropriate clothing. Inappropriate clothing must be covered by a shirt and shorts/pants or non-sheer cover-up. Clothing or Tattoos that display obscene or offensive, images, artwork or slogans including profanity, gestures, illegal substances, or suggestive material are not permitted.
DelGrosso’s Park management reserves the right to address any attire concerns with all guests.
Laguna Splash Water Park:
Gender appropriate swimwear is required while participating in Laguna Splash attractions. Swimwear should be properly fitting and shall not indecently expose parts of the body, be transparent, or display obscene or offensive images, artwork, or slogans. Thong bottoms/speedos are not permitted. Swimwear or Tattoos displaying profanity, gestures, illegal substances, or suggestive material are not permitted.
For Safety reasons appropriate swimwear must be worn while participating in Laguna Splash attractions. Cut-off jeans, cargo or khaki shorts, and pants are not considered appropriate swimwear. Swimwear with metal rivets or ornamentation, buttons, or zippers will not be permitted on attractions. Swim diapers are required for all diapered guests while enjoying Laguna Splash attractions. Swim Diapers are available for purchase at the Laguna Splash Gift Shop.
DelGrosso’s Park and Laguna Splash management reserves the right to address any attire concerns which may also include asking guests to remove jewelry items that could cause harm or damage to the rider, other guests, the attractions, or other property.
Please Note: Only U.S. Coast Guard approved Lifejackets are permitted as floatation devices. We have a full size range of Lifejackets available free of charge to all Water Park Guests.

CABANA CAPACITY POLICY
Each Cabana Rental includes VIP Wristbands and Seating for 6 Guests.
Each Cabana has a maximum of 6 guests (children and adults) plus up to an additional 2 hand-held infants (if needed). Hand-held infants must be under 24 months of age. Strollers/car seats and other child care items can not infringe on the neighboring cabanas.
COOLERS / PERSONAL FOOD & DRINK POLICY
Laguna Splash Water Park:
Park Food and Beverages are permitted within the enclosed Water Park Area. The enclosed Water Park Area is defined as the area inside the Water Park’s two gated checkpoints.
Coolers (soft- or hard-sided) no larger than 10x10x12 are permitted within the enclosed Water Park Area.
Coolers may be used only for single-serve snack items, one non-glass beverage container no larger than 32oz (non-alcoholic) or for the purpose of non-glass storage of baby formula, baby food, medical, and dietary items. Food from outside establishments, other than single-serve snack items, are not permitted in the Water Park.
Picnic Tables are now conveniently located outside of the Water Park adjacent to the Parking Lot for those wishing to bring large coolers and/or picnic lunches. Please store the items in your car when not in use. Alcohol, grills, and open flames are not allowed in the Water Park Picnic Area. Smoking is permitted in designated Smoking Areas only. The Park is not responsible for items left behind. Outside Caterers or Food Deliveries are not permitted.
Guests may bring personal food, beverages, and coolers into the Picnic Grove area of the Ride Park during our normal operating season, but are restricted to available picnic areas at the back of the Ride Park in our Picnic Grove. Personal food, beverages, and coolers are not permitted on the Midway Area of the Park.
Grills are allowed in our Picnic Grove Area, but we do not rent them. The Park is not responsible for items left behind. Outside Caterers or Food Deliveries are not permitted. Picnic food and coolers are not permitted during the Season Finale, Harvestfest Weekend.
INCLEMENT WEATHER / RAIN CHECK POLICY
When inclement weather occurs we will do our very best to keep our rides and attractions open. We ask guests to be aware of weather forecasts. We do not issue rainchecks just because it rains during your visit and you decide you want to leave the Park. Most rides and attractions continue to operate in light rain. In the event of heavy rain, high winds, or electrical storms, some or all rides and attractions may close until it is safe to resume normal operations.
If inclement weather forces DelGrosso’s Park to close for the day, Park Management may authorize the issuance of rain checks with Proper Wristband and Receipt. (Season Pass Holders and Free Buddies are not eligible for a rain check; Half Price Buddies are eligible for a rain check)
PET / ANIMAL POLICY
Pets and/or comfort animals are Not Permitted on Park Property. Only Service Animals, on a leash or harness, are permitted on Park Property. Service Animals are welcome on select attractions and to the water’s edge in the Water Park. Please see Security/Rides Office for details.
For the comfort of all guests, designated smoking/vaping areas have been established throughout the Ride Park. There are also a designated smoking/vaping areas inside the Water Park. Please see Park Map for locations.
GENERAL INFORMATION AND REGULATIONS:
DelGrosso’s Park is equipped with services to provide accessibility. Our Rider Safety and Accessibility Guide is available at the Security/Rides Office and the Information Booth. To enroll in the accessibility program the guest must visit the Security/Rides Office. Only Service Animals, on a leash or harness, are permitted on Park Property. Service Animals are welcome on select attractions and to the water’s edge in the Water Park - Please see Security/Rides Office for details.
CREDIT CARDS / CHECK CARDS / GIFT CARDS / ATMs
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Park Gift Cards are accepted at all ticket plazas, all gift shop locations, and various concession stands. An ATM is located at Murf's Kitchen, Ride Side.
There are two locations: Ride Side in the Infant Care Center building and Water Side adjacent to the Laguna Waterworks. Each facility is staffed by certified Emergency Medical Technicians as part of our Quick Response Service team for those guests needing medical attention.
INFANT CARE CENTER
The Geisinger’s Janet Weis Children’s Hospital Infant Care Center is located behind Kid’s Kingdom and provides diaper changing facilities and a private area for nursing mothers in air-conditioned comfort. Diapers, baby food, and other supplies are available at a nominal cost.
The Greater Altoona Career & Technology Center Information Booth is located at the foot of the cross walk Ride Side. This building houses Lockers, Lost & Found, and Lost Persons.
If you are lost or separated, go to the GACTC Information Booth. No public address announcements will be made.
A limited number of electric scooters, adult strollers, and children’s double strollers are available for daily rental Ride Side at the Infant Care Center and also available Water Side at the Laguna Gift Shop. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis for a nominal fee.
Guests can enjoy FREE Parking in our Main Parking Lot Water Side. RV Parking is available at the back of the parking lot. Our Parking Attendants will assist you. No camping or overnight parking is permitted. Limited Accessible Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis Ride Side, as well as in the Main Parking Lot Water Side.
RIDE / WATER RESTRICTIONS AND SAFETY
For the safety of all guests, some rides and water attractions have height & weight restrictions and physical limitations that are posted at the ride entrance. Pennsylvania Ride Safety Act #1994-58 requires riders to obey all warnings and directions, and must behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is cause for dismissal from the Park without refund.
Guests entering the Laguna Splash Water Park gated checkpoints must have proper admission. Only U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejackets are permitted as floatation devices. Wearing sunglasses or prescription lenses will not be permitted while riding the water slides. Prolonged underwater swimming or breath-holding will not be permitted. Face masks covering the nose, snorkels, and water toys will not be permitted in the Water Park. Visit our "Attractions" Page and click on each individual Ride or Water Attraction to view their specific regulations, guidelines, and info.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Weapons of any type and Laser Light Pointers are prohibited on Park Property. For your safety, hand-carried items including but not limited to backpacks and belt bags are subject to search. Metal detection equipment may be used. Cameras, hand-held or mounted, are not permitted on any attraction or ride. Loud music, running, hoverboards, bicycles, Segways, roller blades, roller skates, skate shoes with heels, and skateboards are not permitted on DelGrosso’s Park Property. Video recorders are not permitted at stage concerts. No pets are permitted on Park Property. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted beyond the Picnic Grove Area.
A Security Officer is always on duty in the booth at the bottom of the crosswalk Ride Side, during regular Park hours. Uniformed Officers patrol the Park grounds for your safety and assistance.
