Our stage area has “lawn chair” seating, so you will want to bring a chair for the concert. Park grounds open at 8 am. See Hours & Schedule for Rides/Attractions Hours, etc. Alcohol is Not Permitted. Coolers/outside food or drinks are Not Permitted in the concert area. Video recorders are Not Permitted at the stage concerts.

Please be courteous to fellow guests and bring a chair that is standard in size and style (without top shade structure or lounger etc.), as to not inhibit fellow guests viewing and/or our seating pattern.

Park Staff will be present and may adjust the seating patterns as needed, etc. DelGrosso's Park is not responsible for items left unattended.

For the comfort of all guests, designated smoking/vaping areas have been established throughout DelGrosso's Park and Laguna Splash. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, etc. Please see Park Map for locations.

A Security Officer is always on duty in the booth at the bottom of the crosswalk Ride Side, during regular Park hours. Uniformed Officers patrol the Park grounds for your safety and assistance.

SOLICITATION - No solicitation or unapproved distribution of literature is permitted on Park Property.

PROHIBITED ITEMS – The following are prohibited from Park Property: Glass bottles, weapons, drug and drug paraphernalia, laser pointers, loud or inappropriate music, bicycles, self-balancing personal transporters, rollerblades/ skates, skateboards, skate shoes with heels, electric scooters, remote controlled drones, etc.

For safety reasons, all personal chairs, tents, and shade structures are prohibited in the Water Park. Personal umbrellas with a maximum diameter of 40” are permitted but may not be affixed to chairs or lounges. Playpens are only permitted to be brought in by guests who have reserved a Cabana and must remain inside the Cabana. For everyone’s safety, hand-carried items including but not limited to backpacks and belt bags are subject to search.

Standard Lawn Chairs (without shade awning) are permitted to be brought to our Stage Concerts and Event (if applicable), Ride Side - only for this use.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted beyond the picnic area during our normal operating season.

Due to the nature of all rides and the potential for injury caused by loose articles, cameras, cell phones, or any recording devices are not permitted on amusement park rides. To secure these items please place them in a locker or leave them with a non-rider.

Cell Phones are permitted in Bambini Cove, Lazy River, Waterworks, and Wave Pool when secured inside a waterproof pouch. Cell Phones are not permitted on any Waterslide. Underwater photography is not permitted.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY: Due to the potential for injury; cameras, cell phones, or any recording devices are not permitted on rides or water slides.

Cellphones are permitted in Bambini Cove, River Lazio, Laguna Waterworks, and Wave Oceano, when secured in a waterproof pouch. Cell Phones are not permitted on any Waterslide.

Photography is prohibited in restrooms, changing areas, and underwater in Laguna Splash attractions.

Video recorders are not permitted at stage concerts.

By entering DelGrosso’s Park & Laguna Splash Water Park, guests grant the Park and/or their contracted Videographer/ Photographer the right to film, video record, and photograph guests on Park Property and to use such footage or photography for any reason without payment or other consideration.

ATTIRE POLICY:

DelGrosso’s Park & Laguna Splash is a family-friendly destination, and, for the Safety and comfort of all guests, appropriate attire must be worn. Clothing and swimwear shall not indecently reveal or expose private parts of the body. Appropriate forms of clothing/coverage including shirts, shorts/pants, and footwear must be worn at all times in the Ride Park. Bikini tops, bikini bottoms, and sports bras are considered inappropriate clothing in the Ride Park. Inappropriate clothing must be covered by a shirt and shorts/pants, or a non-sheer cover-up. Clothing or Tattoos that display obscene or offensive images, artwork, or slogans (including profanity, gestures, illegal substances, or suggestive material) are not permitted. Jewelry or piercings that could cause harm to the rider or other guests or damage to the attractions or other property will not be permitted.

SWIMWEAR POLICY - Revealing bathing suits, thong bottoms, swim briefs, and undergarments are not permitted. Appropriate swimwear must be properly fitting, non-transparent, and cannot have exposed metal: rivets, ornamentation, buttons, or zippers. Cut-off jeans, cargo or khaki shorts, and pants are not considered appropriate swimwear. Swim Diapers are required for all diapered guests while enjoying Laguna Splash attractions. Swim Diapers are available for purchase at the Laguna Splash Gift Shop. Aquatic footwear (including water shoes) may be worn while participating in most water attractions but must be removed when riding the Red Tower and Green Tower Water Slides (Twin Twisters, Gravity Groove, Midnight Express, Great White). Sandals, sliders, sneakers, and Crocs are not considered appropriate footwear when participating in water attractions. Management reserves the right to address any attire and swimwear concerns with all guests.
