The Guest Services Building is located to the left of the Park Main Entrance, Water Side.

Here, you can visit with a Guest Relations Representative to help meet any needs you may have while you're visiting the Park, check on day-of Cabana Rental Availability, etc. during the operating season.

Visit the Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center Information Booth, located at the foot of the crosswalk (Ride Park Side) for any information you may need while you're visiting DelGrosso's Amusement Park.

Here, you will find:

  • Park Brochures;
  • Lost and Found;
  • Lost Children's Station;
  • Information/Brochures on other area attractions and services.

The DelGrosso's Park Main Office is located Ride Side (to the right of the Security Booth at the foot of the crosswalk) and is home to three offices: Guest Relations, Season Passes, and Group Sales.

Here, you can book your group picnic and get your group tickets, buy a season pass, and visit with a Guest Relations Representative to help meet any needs you may have while you're visiting DelGrosso's Park & Laguna Splash.
